Why are kids so preoccupied with computer games and texting more than wanting to do their home work?
Q. Why is it most of the time you have to yell at your kid to stop texting or playing these computer games, and if you block certain shows from them on the tv they always why,and tell my friends parents let them play as long as they want and watch what they want. Don't kids know that you as a parent always do things for their best interest. Tough sometimes being a single mom.

A. Because they don't realize that those things have no real value.So they rather do what's cool and what they see their friends doing.Most of the time the kids don't realize their parents only want what's in their best interest.It's fine for them to want to do things that are enjoyable. But it's always important to remember work comes before play.And doing homework so you can get good grades so you can eventually get a good job is what's truly important.That's why it's so important for parents to be there to remind them this and give discipline.

How to occupy the kids during a Superbowl party?
Q. Born into a Steelers family, married into a Steelers family... you can imagine the size of the party we're having Sunday! Whenever we entertain, my own kids end up having to do a major overhaul on the toy room. This weekend with about 20 kids whose parents are busy paying more attention to the game, how can I keep the disaster to a minimum? We've already moved Legos and other toys with lots of pieces up to the bedrooms. I might also hire a sitter. Other ideas?

Go steelers<3 sorry had to throw that out there Make snack and drinks for everyone and hand foods for the kids give them a football and get them outside, little kids have an imagination tell them to play like they are in the suber bowl. when it gets dark you can put on their favorite movie or just let the kids play around, have the oldest in charge it will be fine. Have fun!

Interesting straplines to attract kids to a career in the automotive industry?
Q. Hi - I am designing a stand called the "Careers Zone" at the motorshow. I want to come up with a few interesting straplines to pull the kids in and get their interest, things along the lines of "could you build Lewis Hamiltons next car?" Any ideas? Also, I may do "did you know" section, so any interesting facts that might appea to kids would also be grealty received. Thanks.

A. The automotive industry has always been shaky in the Uk and the US is now following Unless it is on the mechanic / servicing side I would not encourage any one to go into the Engineering side of the Automotive idustry I speak with 30 years of experience in Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturing . From Lab Technician to Principle Engineer. I have worked for many household names .. now all gone , bought up by other countries, worked to death and despised then shut down. How can we support our motor industry with Jaguar being sold out to TATA
