It sounds as if you would like interior design better. It is more about actual design, harmony, color, shape...etc. Architechture involves a lot of math and techinical things. Structural aspects of building, the surrounding environment, people building for (and a lot more things). In my school, architechture is one of the hardest majors, right up there with medicine. It is INTENSE to say the least. You have to really love it to do it, and later on in life there is a high possibility that you wont become an arcitect. Probably depending on what you do, you will have to travel. If you really want to be an arcitect, is it essential to travel and look at the site.
